Many Android devices especially MTK devices have been confirm having problems with the issue of installing Goggle Play Service which display either 'Parsing Error' or 'Incompatible with Shared User ID', but the Good News is that there is a solution and we present you the solution below;

Solution One: If the Problem reports 'Parsing Error'
Goto Settings---> Apps---> All---> Google Play Store
clear Data and Cache
Also Goto Settings---> Apps---> All---> Google Framework Services
clear Data and Cache
Download again and Install, it should works.
[Alternative] Download Hideman VPN or any other better VPN
select a US server and connect
Try download and installing, it should works.
Note: You can also try this for apps that pose this kind of Problem when installing them.

Solution Two: If the Problem reports 'Incompatible with other shared user id'
Install a custom recovery ( refer to the Custom recovery tutorial).
download the latest GAPPS for your phone's android operating system version to the SD card.
Reboot into Custom Recovery
Format your phone by selecting wipe data/factory reset and wait till complete.
Go back to custom recovery
select update
select install from SD card
navigate to where you have the Gapps for your phone you downloaded
select it and also select yes install when prompted
wait till finish, reboot phone,  and Goto marke to download google play services and try to install it. this should work.
Note: (a) This can only be done in successfully in a custom recovery. (b) Factory reset does not format your SD card. (c)Backup your phone with MTK droid tools before you do anything. (d) Make sure you download the GAPPS for your phone Android OS and make sure you place it on your SD card
